Trump Could Benefit if Supreme Court Strikes Down Obstruction Statute

NLPC Counsel Paul Kamenar attended the Supreme Court arguments today on the constitutionality of Section 1512(c)(2), obstruction of an official proceeding. He offered his analysis on One America News Network, including the observation that President Trump could benefit if the Court strikes down the section. Two of the four counts in the Jack Smith prosecution were brought under this section.
