NLPC\u2019s Shareholder Proposal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Late in 2023 NLPC submitted a proposal for publication in the proxy statement for shareholders to vote upon at the Comcast annual meeting in spring 2024. The proposal asked for the Board to adopt a policy for director transparency, to promote shareholder understanding before the voting started, about the individuals who were nominated to govern the Company for the upcoming year.
