On April 22, Kurt Kittleson, former secretary-treasurer of United Food and Commercial Workers Local 151D, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California to one count of making a false statement in a financial report on behalf of the Rancho Palos Verdes (Los Angeles County) union.
