The New York Postreported late yesterday that new revelations from Hunter Biden‘s laptop, which he abandoned at a Delaware repair shop, showed that his father Joe dined in Washington, DC, with his son’s business associates from Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine while he was vice president in April 2015.
The dinner meeting, scheduled to include the Bidens, Hunter’s business partner Devon Archer, and several foreign business associates, was held under the premise to — as Hunter explained in an email — “ostensibly to discuss food security.” But the meeting included officials shown previously to have direct ties to Hunter Biden and Archer, as the Post explained:
The next day, Hunter received an email from Vadym Pozharskyi, an executive of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, to thank him for introducing him to his father.
This story by Fred Lucas appears today in The Daily Signal:
The Ukrainian oligarch whom the Biden administration banned from the United States this month previously had overlapping financial interests with President Joe Biden’s son Hunter, according to government documents and earlier news reports.
Igor Kolomoisky, a Ukrainian billionaire known for hardball actions against competing companies, is a former government official in Ukraine and also used to be an owner of one of that nation’s largest financial institutions, PrivatBank.
Last year, under the Trump administration, as the Justice Department investigated Kolomoisky’s U.S. assets, the FBI raided Optima Management Group, a U.S. real estate company that Kolomoisky has a stake in.
The Biden administration has cranked matters up, with Secretary of State Antony Blinken announcing March 6 that the U.S. would freeze Kolomoisky’s U.S. assets and ban him from reentering the country.
In the New York Post today, Isabel Vincent and Jon Levine describe Hunter Biden’s alleged new career as an abstract artist. From the article:
Last year, a federal watchdog called on the Department of Justice to launch “a full investigation” of Hunter Biden, who they claim did not register under federal Foreign Agent Registration Act rules that govern those lobbying for a foreign entity.
“Hunter Biden’s tangled web of shell companies, LLCs, investment vehicles, and options agreements make it virtually impossible to know where he is getting income from,” said Thomas Anderson, director for the National Legal Policy Center, adding that circumventing the FARA regulations allowed Biden and his associates to operate under the radar.
Selling his abstract artwork to wealthy investors may also be a lucrative way to rake in cash, Anderson said. “We highly doubt, however, a career as an artist will do anything more than … Read More ➡
Top Republicans on three House investigative committees are demanding that the University of Pennsylvania release funding records on the school’s Penn Biden Center, a policy institute launched by President Joe Biden in 2017.
In a letter sent Thursday to University of Pennsylvania president Amy Gutmann, the lawmakers also asked for records related to the recent surge in donations to the university from China as well as information on any contracts and agreements between Penn and the Chinese government.
The university has received over $72 million from China since the Penn Biden Center opened—up from $21 million in the same time frame prior—prompting questions from watchdog groups and lawmakers about whether the uptick had any relation to the center.
“Understanding whether the University of Pennsylvania’s Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement (Biden Center) received funds from China or other adversarial nations at … Read More ➡

Sen. Charles Grassley, an Iowa Republican, wrote a detailed, seven-page letter to Attorney General William Barr on Monday, urging him to probe Hunter Biden and James Biden – the son and brother of the former vice president, respectively – about deals they cut with a state-owned Chinese energy company and their representation of foreign actors in the United States.
The inquiry focuses on the Bidens’ work with CEFC China Energy Co. Ltd., which Grassley accurately characterized as “an extension of the Chinese government.” He asked Barr to investigate whether the Bidens violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act by failing to notify the Justice Department … Read More ➡
National Legal and Policy Center today filed a 12-page complaint with the Department of Justice demanding an investigation of Hunter Biden, the Truman National Security Project, and the University of Pennsylvania and its Penn Biden Center, to determine whether they are in compliance with the Foreign Agents Registration Act for engaging in political activities on behalf of Burisma and Chinese interests.
NLPC’s complaint draws upon recent press reports that disclose incriminating emails and text messages on Hunter Biden’s laptop computer which is in the hands of the FBI and statements against Hunter and his father by Tony Bobulinski, Hunter’s partner on Burisma, the Ukrainian oil company. Bobulinski was recently interviewed by the FBI in a criminal investigation into activities that most likely involve money laundering, tax evasion, wire fraud, and other crimes, and implicates his uncle James Biden, and his father, Joe Biden.

A search of Justice Department databases reveals that Hunter Biden failed to register as a foreign agent while promoting the interests of foreign business partners in Washington, including brokering meetings with his father and other government officials, and RealClear Investigations has learned that at least one Senate committee is investigating whether Joe Biden’s son violated federal laws requiring disclosure of such foreign contacts.
The Obama administration did not prosecute Hunter Biden for potential violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, despite its much more aggressive pursuit of FARA cases relative to other administrations — including its opening of criminal investigations on no fewer than six Trump campaign advisers in 2016.
NewsMax TV- Tom Anderson of the National Legal and Policy Center discusses why the FBI has failed to act on the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop. Anderson also discusses the recent censorship of the group’s billboard with an image of LeBron James, who is gagged by a Chinese flag, accompanied by the message “Silence is Violence.”… Read More ➡
