Billionaire George Soros has funded several separate entities known as the Open Society Foundations (OSF). That name is Orwellian, however, because OSF is bankrolling an international assault on the hallmarks of open societies, such as free speech.
In the United States, there are few corners of the public square not touched by Soros’ spending, from the election of local prosecutors who believe that criminals are victims, to most recently, the spate of ugly demonstrations targeting Elon Musk and Tesla automobiles.
Twenty-three billion has already been spent. OSF have assets of $25 billion more.
In his nineties, Soros has handed off leadership of his foundations to his son, Alex, who says that he is “much more political” than his father. And Alex is engaged to marry Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s top political aide and enforcer.
This is a recipe for nonstop division and agitation.
