VIDEO: Kamenar Says Case Against James Comey is Strong

Former FBI Director James Comey faces federal indictment in Alexandria, Virginia, on charges of lying to Congress and obstructing a congressional investigation into Russiagate leaks. Legal analyst Paul Kamenar of the National Legal and Policy Center tells One America News the case appears strong, pointing to Comey’s conflicting testimony with former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. With potential star witnesses and questions over who authorized FBI leaks to the press, Kamenar says Comey has a “50/50” chance of conviction if the case goes to trial.
