Following very public demands from NLPC for his removal, Reid Hoffman has disappeared from the Defense Innovation Board (DIB). Hoffman is the billionaire founder of LinkedIn, who wished that President Trump be “martyred.” The DIB is a prestigious advisory committee presently chaired by Michael Bloomberg that makes recommendations to the Pentagon on technology issues.
We will continue to press for his removal from the Microsoft board of directors.

NLPC filed a public comment with the DIB in the wake of the first assassination attempt citing Hoffman’s “martyr” comments and reports that his top political aide had emailed reporters suggesting the Trump had staged the incident. At the DIB meeting a few days later, Bloomberg seemed to rebuke Hoffman:
Let me start by saying a few words about something that is on everyone’s minds. I think we’re all thankful former President Trump survived Sunday’s — Saturday’s assassination attempt, but others at the rally were critically injured. And a former fire chief was killed while shielding his family, saving their lives.

NLPC’s Paul Chesser and Luke Perlot have compiled the authoritative case against Hoffman, Jeffrey Epstein’s point man in Silicon Valley, who has pledged his millions to undermining democratic norms and common decency.
