Today NLPC released a satirical video about some of billionaire tech entrepreneur Reid Hoffman‘s public and political activities, and why the nature of them makes him unfit to serve on the board of directors for Microsoft Corporation.

Last year we submitted a memorandum to the Securities and Exchange Commission asking shareholders to vote against Hoffman’s re-election to the Microsoft board. We reiterated our call for his removal this year in an additional filing at the SEC.
Microsoft’s annual meeting is scheduled for December 10.
