Utility Workers logoOn August 24, Alan Grayewski, former chairman of Utility Workers Union of America Local 223 - Office, Professional & Technical Division, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan to one count of failure to maintain union records. He had been charged in June. The actions follow a probe by the U.S. Labor Department's Office of Labor-Management Standards.
