Steelworkers Local Treasurer in Ohio Indicted for Theft

Steelworkers logoOn April 9, Richard Clemons, former financial secretary-treasurer for United Steelworkers Local 332, was indicted in Crawford County, Ohio, Court of Common Pleas, on one count of theft of between $5,000 and $100,000 from the Upper Sandusky union. The indictment follows a probe by the U.S. Labor Department's Office of Labor-Management Standards.
