President of Painters District Council in New Jersey Pleads Guilty

On June 17, Michelle Facciolli, former president/field representative of International Union of Painters and Allied Trades District Council 711, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, to receiving an unauthorized loan in excess of $2,000 from the Egg Harbor Township, N.J. (near Atlantic City) union. The guilty plea follows an investigation by the Labor Department's Office of Labor-Management Standards.
